Scientific Community Management & Engagement
Design and support STEM communities of practice and professional development, emphasizing dynamic and effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement engagement and outreach to STEM professionals on tools, methods, and resources to meet their scientific mission
Coordinate and facilitate interaction and engagement through online, hybrid, and in-person events and asynchronous communications for 5-500 people
Conduct consulting and training on facilitation methods and tools for effective and efficient professional meetings and conferences of all sizes
Hydrology, Hydrogeophysics & Geoscience
Conduct hydrogeophysical field surveys and data analysis and interpretation for site characterization and monitoring
Develop and test drone-based sensor prototypes and field methods for groundwater and stream studies
Craft written scientific information such as reports, publications, newsletters, and websites for a wide range of audiences, including scientists, non-technical professionals, and the general public
Environmental Site Assessment
Evaluate site characterization and remediation plans, documents, and regulatory status of contaminated sites
Develop plain language synthesis of site conditions and plans for diverse audiences, ranging from fact sheets to technical reports
Interview regulators to assess current and potential future regulatory plans and actions for contaminated sites
Inclusive Communities & Teams
Design and facilitate custom training on inclusive and accessible facilitation and meeting practices, including but not limited to STEM workplaces
